Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Creative Excellence
- Ensure all CRM assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines and voice.
- Maintain creative excellence at scale, delivering consistent quality across high volumes of assets.
- Review and QC all creative elements for brand consistency, messaging clarity, and consumer‑centricity.
- Stay current on design trends, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
Email & CRM Asset Execution
- Build emails, templates, and components using:
- Drag‑and‑drop builders (Optimove, SFMC, Braze-like tools)
- Custom HTML/CSS for complex layouts and modular systems
- Code responsive emails using table‑based structure compatible with Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and dark mode.
- Implement dynamic content, personalization tokens, conditional blocks, and merge fields.
- Ensure UTM tracking, link hygiene, and analytics tags are set correctly.
- Set up and manage A/B test variants within platform logic.
Advanced Logic & Flow Deployment
- Deploy multi‑step triggered journeys with branching logic.
- Configure personalization algorithms, product recommendations, individualized offer rules, and value‑tier variation.
- Build suppression logic, frequency caps, and compliance rules into journey flows.
- Support CRM Accelerators by translating strategy documents into executable CRM assets.
QA, Testing & Delivery
- Conduct full QA across: Rendering Functionality Tracking Accessibility Cross‑device and cross‑client tests
- Validate API tags, dynamic fields, and segmentation logic prior to deployment.
- Maintain checklists, workflows, documentation, and asset version control.
- Handle multiple campaigns concurrently under varying market deadlines.
Template & Asset Management
- Build and maintain a library of reusable components, modules, and templates.
- Organize design systems, asset folders, naming conventions, and documentation for efficient scaling.
- Optimize visual assets (file size, load speed, dark mode) for CRM environments.
Front‑End Development Collaboration
- Partner with front‑end devs for complex builds or interactive components.
- Translate creative concepts into technical requirements for developers.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure cross‑client compatibility.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CRM Accelerators, Creative Teams, Data Teams, and Market Leads.
- Interpret briefs into tactical CRM assets.
- Ensure timely delivery across campaigns and markets.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 2–5+ years designing and building HTML/CSS emails.
- Strong knowledge of email rendering constraints (Outlook quirks, dark mode).
- Experience with at least one major CRM or ESP platform (Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Stripo).
- Experience with multi‑step automated journeys and CRM operations.
- Strong QA, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
Creative & Conceptual Skills
- Strong design eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across large multi‑market ecosystems.
- Understanding of human‑centered design and consumer‑centric communication.
Data & Personalization
- Experience using dynamic content, segmentation, and personalized blocks.
- Understanding of CDP‑linked data models is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well in cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working in a “Central for Local” structure supporting multiple markets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, Tobacco, and regulated industries
- Experience with multi‑market localization workflows
- Familiarity with API event mapping and advanced CRM logic
