Quality Engineer (Selenium + Java)

We’re seeking an JAVA/Selenium Automation Quality Engineer to join our QA team and contribute hands-on to the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions across high-impact projects.

This role is ideal for an Automation Engineer  strongly hands-on in Java, comfortable writing automation code from scratch, and motivated to continue growing technically — while being open to adopting AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automated testing.

• Hands-on Java expertise is required:

  • Solid understanding of Collections, OOP, Streams, exception handling, generics, and debugging.

  • Ability to write Java automation code from scratch, not just maintain existing scripts.

• Practical experience using Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

• Experience working with automation frameworks (e.g., POM, modular test design, reusable utilities).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes.

• Understanding of QA methodologies, Agile delivery, and basic API testing concepts.

• Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments.

• Clear communication skills and a strong learning mindset.

• Experience or curiosity around AI-assisted testing tools, test generation, or intelligent test optimization.

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with API testing tools or basic performance testing.

• Scripting experience in Python.

• QA or automation-related certifications.
