Your Impact OR Responsibilities:

 

Publicis Sapient Product Engineering team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, who is responsible for managing a team of high potentials recruiters. As the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for all technical roles — including engineering and product. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, HR, cross-functional teams to attract, assess, hire top-tier talent and contribute significantly to employer branding, the creation of a strong talent pipeline.

 

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute scalable tech hiring strategies aligned with company growth plans and product roadmap.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a team of tech recruiters. Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR and leadership to determine the needs of the organization
  • Identify, Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs, sourcing channels and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Helping to position the recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective recruitment services
  • candidate engagement using contemporary and "high touch" methods.
  • Gaining market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment preferably with an internet product-based company or startup.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and mentoring high performance recruiting teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling engineering and tech teams.
  • Proven ability to create reports. Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.   
  • Responsible for communicating recruiting needs, strategies, and results within the recruiting team and other leaders for their area of responsibility Partnership
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to team members, often leading by example
  • Develops and delivers specific recruiting and training practices for their area(s) of responsibility.
  • Experience hands-on recruitment for Technology and Product functions applying diverse sourcing channels including online platforms and social media resources (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social networks) to build a talent pipeline.
  • Should have deep understanding to hire SDE (Software Development Engineers), SDM (Software Development Managers), TPM (Technical Product Manager).
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Data Fluency – Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to inform recruiting decisions.
  • Sourcing Tools – Experience with top recruiting platforms and AI tools to identify and engage passive, top 1% tech relent.
  • Experience in using a CRM (candidate relationship management and ATS (applicant tracking system)
