
Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Associate (FP & A Associate) will be responsible for assisting the Nordic FP&A Lead/Nordic Finance Market Lead (CFO) with the financial analysis and reporting of the Nordic P&L s. This includes coordinating with the Controllership team related to revenue recognition and month end close processes.
The FP&A Associate will play a vital role in delivering timely variance analysis, KPI/metric reporting, and supporting special projects as needed. This high-visibility position involves close collaboration with financial and business leaders across the organization. They will assist with preparation of forecast and budget, in addition to analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.

The ideal candidate will have a curious and analytical mindset, be comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization—including senior leadership—and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering financial solutions that align with both business objectives and corporate responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience within FP&A or Financial/Management Reporting
- Agency / consulting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hyperion and/SAP
- Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills
- Communication skills to clearly and accurately convey metrics and analysis to management levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects / initiatives on tight schedules and timelines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environmen
- Part Qualified /Qualified Chartered Accountant
