Senior Client Partner, Financial Services

 

The Senior Client Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and delivering transformative outcomes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This role combines executive-level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven innovation. The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles, with proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (>$10M annually).
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Executive relationship management
  • Strategic planning and execution
  • Financial analysis and risk management
  • Negotiation and influencing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

This role is a Director - Senior Director level Opportunity

Salary will vary on experience:  $170,000 - 260,000k Base Salary
