Learning & Talent Development Operations Apprenticeship

We’re seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team as an apprentice. Be part of Publicis Sapient’s transformative learning initiatives and support our mission to ignite a learning culture across the organization.

In this Learning Operations role, you ll assist with the end to end running of internal learning programmes. Including working closely with learning strategists and business stakeholders to plan and implement learning programs that make a tangible impact, crafting and maintaining learning communications, learning events management, vendor management, and supporting the maintenance of standard operating procedures, contributing to process improvements and quality standards.

• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Interest or background in Learning and Development or Operations Management.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis.
• Interest in communications or marketing tools.
• Proficiency in other languages.
