Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of People Shared Services to lead our Tech strategy and talent systems in HR function. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of our HR processes through AI and advanced automation technologies. The key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify system requirements, working with the technical team to prioritize, design, and implement deliverables such as enhancements and integrations, and effectively managing timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring strong collaboration across the organization.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-looking TECH strategy that aligns with the overall HR and organizational goals. Identify and leverage trends and innovations in HR technology, focusing on AI, automation and digital transformation.
- TECH Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key system requirements and work with the technical team to prioritize, design, and implement deliverables, including enhancements and integrations. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage, build team and mentor a team of HR professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on TECH initiatives.
- Innovation Mindset: Develop future-oriented strategies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency through technology. Influence the future of work in HR by integrating cutting-edge technologies.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey HRIS initiatives, changes, and benefits to all stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Betterworks, iCIMS and all new age automation tools and related technologies.
- Proven experience in AI / Automation driven HR solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills to drive the future of work in HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology; Master’s degree preferred.
