Technical Architect - Salesforce Sales Cloud and Services Cloud
Job Description
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making through scalable, high-impact Salesforce architectures.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, quote-to-order).
Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, including case routing, omni-channel, knowledge management, and service analytics.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools).
Experience designing and integrating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, including API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, security model, and governance best practices.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
Set Yourself Apart With
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Proven success in large-scale Sales Cloud transformations (forecasting, CPQ, opportunity management, or partner relationship management).
Experience implementing Service Cloud capabilities such as omni-channel routing, Knowledge, or Experience Cloud for customer self-service.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
