Job Description
Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is looking for a Client Partner with a demonstrated track record of results to join our elite Growth Force team.
Aligned to the consumer products/CPG industry, you will harness the depth and breadth of PS’ portfolio, and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe, to identify new opportunities, new buying centers, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future, positively impacting their business and their customers.
Your Impact:
· Quality New Business Sales: Identify and shape new business opportunities, crafting and presenting solutions that align with client and PS objectives to drive business growth. Run complex pitch and procurement processes, managing client interface and leading and owning the PS pursuit process and submissions.
· Digital Transformation and Industry Subject Matter Exert: Demonstrate deep knowledge of industry domans and PS value propopositions, services and products and invests time to learn and keep up to date to be able to lead client conversations, advise and identify and shape deals.
· Identify and Win client expansion: Develop comprehensive account strategies that address client problems, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained success.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with clients as a valued advisor. Provide insightful guidance to support their strategic objectives and ensure that client needs are central to service delivery.
· High-Performance Team Leadership: Foster an environment that nurtures innovation and empowers team members. Strategically align resources to enhance performance and integrate diverse perspectives for shared success.
· P&L Ownership: Carry annual P&L targets, including sales, revenue and margin, by managing billing and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic planning aligned with client goals.
· Conflict Resolution and Client Advocacy: Manage conflict by surfacing and addressing issues collaboratively, advocating for client needs and ensuring opportunities are accurately reflected in our pipeline.
Qualifications
· Experience of overseeing digital business transformation, key account management and business development responsibilities within professional services for consumer products or manufacturing clients with a B2C or B2B2C business model.
· Recognised thought leader and industry expert in digital business transformation and consumer products or B2C/B2B2C manufacturing industries.
· Experience of creating and managing high value impact on significant accounts.
· Proactive and consultative approach to business development and a track record of growing business through market-leading and enterprise wide innovations, and thought leadership.
· Proven experience of growing and transforming accounts and establishing an expansive network of advocates across large scale corporate customers.
· Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs.
· Track record of working at or partnering with Strategic Partner busineses (e.g. Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Adobe), identifying and selling deals with partners or which include services related to partner products.
· A passion for people, leadership, equality, and society.
· Strong global leadership capability to manage a team and lead change while inspiring and developing others.
· Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, development of personal adaptability, and pursuit of excellence.
· Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as the role necessitates.
