Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer specializing in Product Design, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that drive business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs that align with client goals and user needs. Your expertise in product design will help bring innovative solutions to life, ensuring seamless experiences across platforms.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality digital products.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Work in an agile environment, iterating on designs based on feedback and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product design, user experience (UX), or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with usability testing, user research, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and recommendations.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and constraints is a plus.
