Business Operations Lead
As a Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance efficiency, governance, and performance across the organization.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve delivery efficiency.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business transformation initiatives.
- Optimize resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive process standardization and automation to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence, encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance on operational challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, delivery management, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and business transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale delivery operations and driving operational excellence.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Experience in digital transformation and agile delivery methodologies.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Background in change management and organizational development.
- Italian and English fluency is required.
