Intern Learning & Talent Development

This is a direct Publicis Sapient role, embedded within our LATAM Learning & Development team. You will be working hand in hand with our Learning & Talent Development Manager for LATAM, supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn, grow, and succeed. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of training initiatives, maintaining accurate data on program progress, and motivating participants to successfully complete certifications and trainings. As our intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent development while strengthening your Excel, data management, and communication skills.

Your Skills & Experience

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VlookUps
• No prior professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the L&D and HR fields
• Curiosity about AI applications in HR and organizational learning
• Interest in creating impactful programs that support organizational growth
• Availability to complete a 1-year internship

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience using macros or advanced Excel functions
• Previous exposure to learning and development, HR, or organizational development projects
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) for building training visuals
