Associate Infrastructure

As an Associate Infrastructure specializing in Automation, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes, improve system performance, and ensure seamless operations.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve system reliability.
• Integrate automation frameworks to enhance monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Document automation workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, scripting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on automation-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Certifications in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Exposure to security automation and compliance frameworks.
