Head of Internal Agency (Marketing)

We’re looking for a Head of Internal Agency to lead our in-house creative team and push the boundaries of brand storytelling, design, and AI innovation.

Your Impact:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and motion graphic producers, ensuring they deliver outstanding, brand-aligned work across all platforms.
• Partner with the Global Brand team to shape, evolve, and consistently apply our brand identity across campaigns, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications.
• Embed AI and emerging technologies into creative processes to enhance ideation, production speed, personalization, and content innovation.
• Develop and implement scalable systems, workflows, and design standards to drive operational excellence, consistency, and creative impact at scale.
• Champion a bold creative vision that keeps Publicis Sapient ahead of trends in design, storytelling, brand expression, and the use of AI in marketing.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing and business leaders, ensuring creative outputs support business goals, brand reputation, and customer engagement.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to explore new creative technologies, formats, and approaches.
• Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Continuously elevate creative excellence, setting a high bar for the quality of work produced across all internal and external brand touchpoints.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 17+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably across both agency and brand-side environments
• Proven success building, leading, and scaling high-performing creative teams
• Experience partnering closely with brand and marketing teams to evolve and protect brand identity
• Strong understanding of AI’s role in marketing and creativity, with a track record of innovation
• Visionary thinking paired with strong operational skills to manage complex projects and workflows
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience navigating matrixed, global organizations

Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
