Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative digital products that drive business value and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to develop and execute product strategies that align with client objectives and market needs.

Your Impact

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring that product features and enhancements meet their needs.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Experience in customer experience design, user research, or service design.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment.
