Manager Agile Program Management

As a Manager Agile Program Management, you will be responsible for driving Agile delivery and program execution for data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Agile adoption, efficient program management, and successful delivery of data products and solutions.

Your Impact

• Lead Agile program execution for data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and efficiency.
• Work with product owners, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize program backlogs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth program execution.
• Implement Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to optimize delivery processes.
• Track and report program progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and Agile maturity metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Agile adoption and delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile program management with organizational goals and data strategy.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve Agile mindset, practices, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements in Agile program execution.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Agile program management, Agile coaching, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience managing Agile programs in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML domains.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex Agile programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in driving Agile transformation and scaling Agile practices across teams.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are a plus.
