Manager Technology
As a Manager Technology (Sitecore), you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative digital experiences for our clients.
Your Impact
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sitecore solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to create engaging and personalized digital experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Sitecore-based applications.
- Stay updated on the latest Sitecore features, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in Sitecore development, including modular architecture, personalization, and content management.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development.
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore XP, including Helix principles, SXA, JSS, and personalization.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Sitecore Commerce, Sitecore JSS, and headless CMS architectures.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Sitecore certification (e.g., Sitecore 9 Developer Certification).
- Experience with cloud-based Sitecore implementations (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing in Sitecore.
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms and digital experience technologies.
