Manager Technology

As a Manager Technology (Sitecore), you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative digital experiences for our clients.

Your Impact

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sitecore solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to create engaging and personalized digital experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Sitecore-based applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Sitecore features, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality solutions.
• Advocate for best practices in Sitecore development, including modular architecture, personalization, and content management.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XP, including Helix principles, SXA, JSS, and personalization.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Sitecore Commerce, Sitecore JSS, and headless CMS architectures.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
