As a Software Development Engineer 3 (SDE) in the role of a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture, drive technical excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Your Impact

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet business needs.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices and architectural alignment.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and industry regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in complex problem-solving scenarios.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in designing and implementing complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
