Senior Experience Designer

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver seamless experiences across platforms. Your expertise in UX design will help shape innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proficient in Design Systems
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
