Associate Director Product Management

As an Associate Director Product Management (Product Manager, General), you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative digital products that align with market needs and business objectives.

Your Impact

• Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and deliver high-impact digital products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure product success, including go-to-market strategies and adoption plans.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences.
• Manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, from concept to delivery.
• Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
• Experience working with Agile and Lean methodologies to drive product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, user research, and design thinking principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
