Client Partner, Energy and Commodities

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is looking for a Client Partner with a demonstrated track record of results to join our team. Aligned to the energy sector, you will harness the depth and breadth of PS’ portfolio, and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe, to identify new opportunities, new buying centers, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future, positively impacting their business and their customers.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded, DBT and energy sector thought leader to oversee the growth strategy for a portfolio of accounts that consists of some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Experience managing relationships with oil major clients and evidence of large scale transformative initiatives that combine all of the digital ingredients (strategy, data, experience, engineering, product) in delivering innovative new value streams to your clients
• Experience managing accounts in the region of 15-20m Euros revenue within the energy and commodities industries and a track record in consultative business development across these sectors
• Track record of collaborating with hyerscaler partners to deliver compelling innovation for energy and commodity industry clients
• Experience of developing and leading account growth stategies that are underpinned by strong industry thought leadership, c-suite level engagement and have delivered impactful results
• A passion for people, leadership, equality, and society
• Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs
• Project definition and delivery knowledge, and experience of collaborating with delivery teams to oversee digital transformation
• Strong global leadership capability to manage teams and lead change while inspiring and developing others
• Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, development of personal adaptability, and pursuit of excellence
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and analytical ability
• Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as the role necessitates
