Associate L2 DevOps Engineer

As an Associate L2 DevOps Engineer, you’ll be part of a dedicated onboarding program where you ll receive direct mentorship from a Senior DevOps engineer already embedded with the client. You ll work alongside a cross-functional engineering team to implement cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and support containerized environments. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, contribute to a high-impact project, and build a career in cloud and DevOps engineering.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Solid experience working in cloud environments, ideally with Azure or other cloud providers such as AWS, using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployments.
• Practical scripting experience in languages such as Bash, Python, or similar, used for automation tasks.
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and tools, with working knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience supporting container platform clusters in production or pre-production environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in agile environments and adapts well to shifting priorities and fast-paced settings.
• Solid troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root-cause analysis abilities to support system reliability and performance.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications and working with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and comfort working in iterative delivery cycles.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and hands-on experience with security practices or automated security tools.
• Experience with popular DevOps toolchains such as Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, or Coverity.
• Knowledge of or experience working within secure, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus.
