Senior Adobe Martech Strategy & Architecture Lead (AEP, AJO, CJA)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Adobe Martech Strategy & Architecture Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology (Martech). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Partner with client leaders to understand strategic goals and business needs.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.

• Prioritize and manage work independently and for your team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain strong alignment with project goals and evolving business priorities.

🟣 Enterprise Architecture Vision

• Develop and maintain a 2–3 year architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure architectural decisions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, FinOps, and platform integration.
• Advocate for sustainable and forward-thinking technology solutions.

🟣 Martech Strategy & Integration

• Leverage deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, especially around data and unified customer profiles.
• Navigate complex organizational structures with multiple lines of business to deliver cohesive Martech strategies.

🟣 Product Innovation

• Champion innovation by introducing new product ideas and concepts.
• Explore integration opportunities with enterprise tools and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.

🟣 Technical Expertise

• Provide expert guidance on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement robust, scalable Martech solutions.

Your Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, enterprise architecture, or Martech leadership roles.
• Proven experience working with Adobe Martech products (AEP, AJO, CJA).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and FinOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations with multiple lines of business (LoBs) is a plus.
• Experience with Azure.

• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.
• Background in marketing analytics or customer data platforms (CDPs).

📍 This is a full-time position open to both permanent hire and contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
