• 4+ years as a Finance Associate or similar.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience partnering with international finance teams.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel Macros and AI-driven finance solutions.

• SAP knowledge.

• Proven track record in process improvement, adaptability and rapid learning.
