Senior .Net Developer

Your Impact:

• Ability to lead a small team of 3 – 5 individuals.
• Responsible for design and development of the application
• Work with system owners, business owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
• Write .Net code based on requirements defined in use cases.
• Develop Object Oriented code and/or provide maintenance and enhancements using Microsoft technologies.
• Meet with business and system owners to understand and document desired system requirements and technical specifications
• Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
• Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance. Estimate and plan releases
• Mentor junior team members

Development

• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on Sapient and industry best practices These components could be custom built, or built using a third-party tool and also could involve extending an industry package
• Develops reusable frameworks/components and POCs to accelerate development on projects
• Supports the module in production, resolves hot issues and implements and deploys
• Works with/helps other team members to resolve technical issues

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
