Senior . NET Engineer - Endur/ETRM Training Path
Job Description
Publicis Sapient is looking for experienced Senior .NET Developers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performing systems and are eager to transition into the world of Endur Engineering in the energy and commodity trading sector. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing .NET expertise while learning a high-demand skill set in one of the most dynamic and specialized areas of technology.
You’ll work on exciting projects with global clients in the Oil & Gas industry, supporting the digital transformation of trading operations. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the design, development, and integration of systems that support the front-to-back trade lifecycle using the Endur platform.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
7+ years of professional experience in software development, primarily in .NET / .NET Core.
Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases, including complex queries, joins, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in Azure Cloud Environments.
Interest in energy trading, commodities, or financial systems.
Willingness to learn and grow into an Endur Engineer role, including participation in structured training and on-the-job learning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Set Yourself Apart With:
- Background in the trading industry or the energy/Oil & Gas sector is highly valued.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participation in ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements.
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
