React Native Architect

As a Senior Manager/Architect, specializing in Mobile Solutions with a focus on Android within the Experience Engineering craft, you will lead teams to deliver innovative, high-quality mobile solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the technical design, development, and delivery of Android applications while mentoring teams and engaging with clients to ensure solutions align with their business goals.

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in mobile development, including expertise in React Native.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance, user-centric mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with tools and frameworks such as React Native CLI, Expo, Redux, and Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Fastlane.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or additional expertise in native Android/iOS development.
• Contributions to open-source React Native projects or a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of advanced topics such as AR/VR integration, machine learning in mobile apps, or edge computing.
• Health industry experience.
