Senior React Native Engineer

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer/Senior React Native Engineer with a strong foundation in mobile architecture and cloud platforms. In this role, you will drive the design, planning, and implementation of multifaceted applications across the full software development lifecycle. You’ll combine technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and leadership skills to deliver high-impact digital products that transform our clients’ businesses.

Your Impact:

• Drive the design, planning, and implementation of scalable, elegant, and high-performing applications.

• Oversee the development and deployment of mobile applications using React Native, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX designers, product managers, and backend developers—to deliver high-quality, customer-centric products.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

• Implement engineering best practices, including code quality standards, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.

• Constantly evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation within the team and across projects.

• Translate complex business needs into end-to-end technical solutions, using creativity and analytical thinking to solve real-world challenges.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in React Native, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Solid understanding of mobile app development and deployment pipelines.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern front-end build tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to high code quality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with multiple priorities.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development workflows.

Hybrid Work Model: This project requires flexibility to attend or travel to workshops at the client’s Mexico City office as needed. Candidates located outside Mexico City are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to travel. Frequency will depend on project demands. Travel expenses fully covered.
