Cloud Infra & DevOps Manager

You will be a key player in shaping the future of technology for our clients. You will lead and drive digital transformation strategies while optimizing and streamlining development and operations processes using DevOps principles and tools. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you will help our clients adopt agile, efficient, and scalable practices that improve their software development lifecycle, enhance collaboration, and ultimately accelerate time to value. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to provide innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Your Impact:

• Lead the strategy and implementation of DevOps practices across client environments, improving collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Help clients define and implement automation strategies for continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the software development lifecycle, reducing time to market and improving quality.
• Provide expert advice on DevOps tooling and platforms, ensuring the right solutions are chosen for each client s specific needs and environment.
• Work with clients to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for DevOps success, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies and hybrid cloud environments, optimizing infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks that ensure system reliability and performance across client platforms.
• Guide teams through the cultural shift toward DevOps, emphasizing collaboration, shared responsibilities, and continuous learning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Help clients scale their infrastructure through automation, ensuring faster release cycles and higher-quality software.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or software development roles, with a strong background in automation and CI/CD.
• Expertise in key DevOps tools and technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Chef.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated provisioning tools.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and improve software deployment processes for faster and more reliable releases.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and operational efficiency.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with security practices in DevOps (DevSecOps) and automation of security policies in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across a variety of systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience with container orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices-based applications.
• Certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformations and migration to cloud-native infrastructures.
• Knowledge of advanced automation concepts and tools like Jenkins X, Spinnaker, or GitOps.
