
Job Description
This role leads the delivery and execution of website development projects and program workstreams for an internal marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment between business goals, digital product development, and technical execution across globally distributed teams. The individual will oversee both program and product management within a web development environment, driving best practices, Agile methodologies, and continuous process improvement. This position requires strong leadership in stakeholder engagement, team management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance, ensuring the successful execution of complex website builds, redesigns, and enhancements that support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Lead the overall delivery setup and execution, managing people, financials, and dependencies for assigned programs and projects.
- Oversee both program and product management, ensuring business alignment with execution.
- Partner with delivery leads, clients, and stakeholders to implement best practices and methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, status reporting, and compliance within the organization and external third parties.
- Drive continuous improvement through governance processes and retrospectives.
- Ensure seamless execution of product and program objectives, working across product management, engineering, UX, and business teams.
Qualifications
A successful candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both program and product management, delivery methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
- 10+ years of experience leading full lifecycle delivery of software services projects/programs with globally distributed teams.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) frameworks and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and UX.
- Hands-on experience delivering fixed-time, fixed-price, or SLA-based engagements.
- Direct client-facing experience (3+ years) in consulting/services, preferably in the US or UK.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing models, and P&L management.
- People leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ directly and 25+ indirectly.
- Industry expertise in Retail, Financial Services, Energy & Commodities, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, and Consumer Products is preferred.
Senior Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) Responsibilities
For technical delivery leadership, this role focuses on managing complex integrations, ensuring technical readiness, and coordinating large-scale implementations.
- Oversee the delivery and integration of complex technical components across multiple platforms and functions.
- Define and manage technology dependencies between teams.
- Develop sequencing for highly complex technical delivery and infrastructure tasks.
- Lead high-risk technical implementations, diagnosing and resolving technical blockers.
- Collaborate with Platform/Lab leadership and Product Owners to prioritize infrastructure-led tasks.
- Ensure risk management, performance governance, and inter-platform coordination.
