Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Practice Lead to oversee and accelerate the growth of our Salesforce practice. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who is passionate about shaping the future of Salesforce solutions, driving strategic business development, and leading a world-class team of consultants.


As the Salesforce Practice Lead, you will own the strategic direction, growth, and execution of our Salesforce practice at an enterprise level. You will lead a talented team of consultants and thought leaders, collaborating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions across industries. You will be the primary architect behind our practice's vision, helping our clients transform their businesses through the power of Salesforce technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the vision and strategy for our Salesforce practice, aligning with broader company goals and market opportunities.
  • Practice Growth & Innovation: Identify new market opportunities, lead business development efforts, and drive growth within the Salesforce network, including expanding into new verticals and regions.
  • Key Relationships: Be the primary interlock between Publicis Sapient and Salesforce.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and other key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for all Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale, complex Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals, on-time delivery, and value realisation.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts by identifying and pursuing high-value Salesforce opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and closing strategic deals.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as an internal and external thought leader, staying at the forefront of Salesforce innovations, trends, and best practices, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large Salesforce practices or teams in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong background in managing complex business development, driving revenue growth, and delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
  • Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns Salesforce initiatives with business objectives and delivers measurable value to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Extensive experience managing senior-level client relationships, with the ability to understand their business needs and craft tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Consulting Experience: A background in consulting and professional services with a strong understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies, project management, and delivery management.
