Job Description
The Associate Marketing will support developing and executing internal communication initiatives to support the organization's goals and initiatives. The associate will gain experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content development, and change management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, graphic design, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Proficient with Design tools, including Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and Final Cut.
- Knowledge of internal communications best practices and principles.
- People-oriented, with skills to interact and engage with different audiences.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
