Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert to the client and providing hands-on leadership in development efforts. The candidate should have deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of the initiative.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with CMS and Web Experimentation, including in-depth knowledge of their capabilities and limitations
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale CSM-based solutions
  • Strong hands-on development skills, particularly in .NET and front-end technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Optimizely certifications
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and their implementation in Optimizely
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices,
