Your Impact OR Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility statement:

• Support ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery) to maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration data in CMDB.
• Assist in managing CMDB data by maintaining CI relationships and ensuring data consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement basic CMDB and ITOM configurations as per requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting for Discovery, CMDB data issues, and related integrations.

Outcomes-based statement:

• Improve CMDB data accuracy, enabling better visibility and informed decision-making.
• Enhance infrastructure discovery coverage, resulting in more reliable configuration data.
• Reduce data inconsistencies through proper CI management and governance practices.
• Ensure smoother IT operations by resolving CMDB and Discovery-related issues in a timely manner.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow with exposure to CMDB and ITOM (Discovery).
• Basic understanding of CMDB data model, CI relationships, and Discovery concepts.
• Familiarity with MID Server setup, integrations, and basic scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
