Job Description

Strategy

  • Research and establish frameworks and practices to drive effective Craft and Capability development in the organization
  • Work towards Internal and External branding and accreditations in the Learning & Talent Development space for the organization

 

Design & Development

  • Design and develop programs to drive measurable outcomes in collaboration with the key stakeholders
  • Career Frameworks, Competency Architectures and related systems/processes
  • Design programs and initiatives for Talent Management – Assessment, Identification, Profiling, Classification, GAP Identification, Skill Development, Evaluation
  • Drive Effective Change Management
  • Drive external vendor engagements and maintain an active pipeline of resource and service providers

 

Engagement

  • Drive Learning Engagements through innovative events and initiatives

 

Delivery & Effectiveness

  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM concepts and implementation in program delivery
  • Align outcomes from a program with stakeholders and drive measurement and reporting
  • Create effective quantitative and qualitative assessment frameworks for programs and ensure execution
  • Enable the ecosystem to create the impact and hold the stakeholders accountable
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in processes and Programs

 

 

Team Management

  • Lead a high octane team to curate Learning frameworks, programs to bridge skill gaps in the organization
  • Keep the team motivated and drive desired outcomes from the team by leading the way

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Total experience of at least 14+ years including 7+ years’ experience in dealing with Craft/Technology Learning Programs
  • Strong Consulting Skills and Stakeholder Management/ Business Partner
  • Creating and Operationalizing business impact linked initiatives/frameworks
  • Team management & Strong interpersonal skills
  • Program and Process Management
  • Design Thinking/Solution Design
  • Knowledge of LXP/LMS and the Online Learning Platforms

 

Set Yourself Apart With:

  • Experience in Craft/Technology Learning
  • Familiarity with the technology and industry landscape
