As a manager or Senior Manager within our Advisory practice, you will help clients define and execute their most important transformation agendas, from business strategy through to the operating model and technology choices that bring it to life. We welcome candidates from both management consulting and technology strategy backgrounds, and we especially value those who can bridge the two: connecting commercial and customer ambition with what technology, data and AI make possible.

 

Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will shape strategy, frame the problems that matter, and shape the solutions that flow through to implementation with our experience, engineering, product and delivery colleagues. 

You will contribute to a broad range of engagements spanning business, digital and technology strategy, operating model design, transformation roadmaps and business case development, as well as enterprise architecture and technology assessment where the engagement calls for it. 

 

We’re seeking professionals with 6 to 15 years’ experience across management consulting, business or corporate strategy, digital and technology strategy, architecture or transformation, gained within consulting firms, large organisations or related environments. Success in this role requires a blend of consulting, business, technology and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions that create client value. 

Your Impact

  • Lead or support business and technology transformation programs, depending on the scale and complexity of the engagement.

  • Take accountability for the commercial performance of your engagements, managing scope, budget, resourcing and delivery so that work stays profitable and outcomes are met.

  • Frame ambiguous, complex problems and shape the strategy needed to address them.

  • Design operating models across business, digital and technology dimensions that enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

  • Partner with clients to understand their priorities, customer needs and transformation goals, translating these into roadmaps, business cases and investment recommendations.

  • Advise on the technology, architecture and platform decisions that bring the strategy to life and support lasting business outcomes.

  • Leverage AI to improve the quality and efficiency of delivery, reshaping how your teams deliver and helping clients adopt it well.

  • Grow existing accounts and help win new work by spotting expansion opportunities on live engagements and contributing to proposals through their structure, approach and win themes.

  • Build trusted senior client relationships and, increasingly at Senior Manager level, originate and convert new opportunities that connect client needs to the full breadth of the firm’s capabilities.

  • Lead and develop your project teams, delegating effectively and taking accountability for the quality of their work, and grow your people while contributing to capability building, recruitment and people initiatives across the practice. 

Your Experience 

We re looking for professionals who bring a blend of consulting, business and technology expertise,including:
  • Experience developing business, digital or technology strategies that support transformation.
  • Experience leading or contributing to complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Understanding of cloud, data, AI and emerging technologies, and how they create business value.
  • Practical experience using AI to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
  • Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into actionable outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how strategy, operating models and customer needs translate into business outcomes.
  • Experience managing engagement financials and contributing to business development, account growth and new opportunities.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach focused on delivering value for clients, teams and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to customer experience, service design, operating model transformation or Agile ways of working is advantageous
