Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (CMS/DAM) to bridge business needs and technical implementation within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. This role focuses on requirements engineering, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring structured, high-quality delivery across CMS and Digital Asset Management initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams
  • Align expectations and ensure clear, transparent communication across all parties

Requirements Engineering

  • Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and clear acceptance criteria

Solution Design Support

  • Contribute to the definition of end-to-end CMS/DAM solutions within AEM

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain structured documentation in Confluence (requirements, processes, guidelines)

Jira Ticket Management

  • Create and manage Jira tickets (user stories, bugs, tasks)
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization together with Product Owners

Rollout & Release Support

  • Coordinate rollout activities and support deployment readiness
  • Ensure alignment with release planning and cross-team dependencies

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with AEM platform teams, integration teams, and business units
  • Manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery across the CMS/DAM ecosystem

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CMS/DAM environments
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Assets required, Sites is a plus)
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront & Fusion
  • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and Agile methodologies (SAFe environment preferred)
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts (metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle)
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, implementable solutions
