Job Description

We are not looking for a traditional industry marketer or campaign manager. We are looking for a growth marketer who understands how to build high-performing customer journeys that create demand, accelerate buying decisions, and generate measurable revenue outcomes.

 

The Senior Manager, Industry Growth & Journey Orchestration is responsible for driving demand, sales-accepted leads (SALs), pipeline, and opportunity creation for an assigned industry portfolio through issue-led marketing strategies and customer journeys.

 

This role identifies the industry issues, audiences, accounts, and buying groups most likely to drive growth and develops integrated marketing programs that convert market interest into qualified opportunities. Working closely with Industry Leads, Client Partners, Business Development teams, and Product teams, the Industry Growth & Journey Orchestrator aligns marketing investments to growth opportunities and continuously improves performance through data, experimentation, and AI-powered marketing capabilities.

 

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of audience strategy, product positioning, customer journey design, nurture marketing, buying-group development, conversion optimization, performance analytics, and AI-enabled campaign execution. The ideal candidate knows how to turn customer insight into demand, demand into opportunities, and opportunities into measurable pipeline impact.

 

Your Impact

Industry Growth Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry challenges, customer priorities, and market dynamics.
  • Prioritize key business issues that drive demand and growth.
  • Translate market needs into compelling narratives for Publicis Sapient’s AI products.
  • Align priorities and investment decisions with Industry Leads, Client Partners, BD, and Product teams.
  • Continuously refine focus based on market signals, performance, and competitive activity.

Audience & Account Strategy

  • Define target audiences, ICPs, buying groups, and account selection strategies.
  • Leverage 6sense, CRM, and intent data to identify high-potential accounts.
  • Drive ABM/OCM approaches to deepen engagement and expand buying group coverage.
  • Improve account penetration and ensure sufficient audience coverage for pipeline goals.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Build issue-led campaigns that connect customer challenges to solutions and outcomes.
  • Align messaging, content, and tactics by funnel stage.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks across industries and audiences.
  • Leverage digital, events, paid media, and AI tools to drive execution.

Nurture & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own nurture strategy to progress prospects toward sales readiness.
  • Segment audiences and personalize engagement based on intent and stage.
  • Optimize lead capture, conversion, and lifecycle progression through testing and iteration.

Revenue & Pipeline Impact

  • Own marketing contribution to leads, opportunities, and pipeline for assigned industries.
  • Improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Partner closely with sales to refine lead quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Surface account insights and buying signals to support opportunity development.

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Establish testing frameworks across targeting, messaging, and channels.
  • Monitor performance and optimize investments based on data and attribution.
  • Scale high-performing tactics and retire underperforming ones.

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Leverage AI (custom GPTs, Adobe Gen Studio, etc.) to improve targeting, content, and execution.
  • Automate workflows and scale campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven marketing practices.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, direct marketing, customer acquisition, or revenue-focused marketing roles.
  • Proven success generating leads, SALs, opportunities, pipeline, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Strong expertise in audience segmentation, account prioritization, nurture marketing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building and executing account-based marketing strategies and buying-group engagement programs.
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms, intent data, marketing automation, analytics tools, and audience intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, including custom GPTs, Adobe Gen Studio, and emerging generative AI technologies.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $130,000-$175,000

 

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
