Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment activities across the business. This role is critical in attracting, assessing, and hiring high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes across a variety of roles in a fast‑paced, international environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
