Senior Python Engineer

As a Senior Associate Eng, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based APIs to support scalable enterprise applications.
• Build and manage data persistence layers using Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations using Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with frontend, platform, and integration teams to ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimations, and delivery planning within agile teams.
• Support production stability through debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python, specifically for API development and application backends (not data engineering).
• Proven experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL for application data persistence.
• Practical experience building data pipelines and integrations using Azure Data Factory.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and integration patterns.
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, collaborating with globally distributed teams

• Exposure to React with TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience with .NET, C#, Go (Golang), or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
