Job Description
Publicis Sapient is seeking a Nordics Marketing & Growth Lead to join our global marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of country marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate to strengthen our market presence and pipeline across the Nordic region.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, this role is responsible for shaping and executing high-impact, locally relevant marketing programs—particularly events and field marketing—that directly support growth priorities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Responsibilities
Country & Growth Marketing
· Own and execute the Nordics country marketing strategy, aligned to global priorities and local growth objectives
· Translate regional business priorities into practical, on-the-ground marketing programs that support priority accounts and opportunities
· Act as the primary marketing partner to country and sales leadership in the Nordics
Events & Field Marketing (Core Focus)
· Lead the design, delivery, and measurement of high-impact events across the Nordics, including executive roundtables, flagship events, partner-led initiatives, and industry forums
· Own events end-to-end: concept, agenda, speakers, partners, budget, logistics, follow-up, and pipeline impact
· Use events as a primary GTM lever for relevance, relationship-building, and deal progression
Sales Enablement & Account Support
· Partner closely with Sales to support account-based marketing, priority pursuits, and client engagement
· Equip sales teams with relevant narratives, content, and market context tailored for Nordic clients and industries
· Co-create integrated marketing motions with alliances and partners (e.g., Salesforce, IBM and other ecosystem partners)
Budget & Performance Management
· Manage the Nordics marketing budget, working within local, and cross-country funding models
· Track and report performance with a clear focus on pipeline contribution, influence, and commercial impact
· Provide transparent updates and insights to senior stakeholders
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Collaboration
· Work closely with global marketing teams, alliance marketing, and external partners to deliver locally relevant programs
· Act as a visible and trusted marketing leader within the Nordic organisation
· The role bridges Marketing and Sales, with a strong emphasis on commercial impact and field execution
Qualifications
· Approximately 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing and field marketing roles
· Strong, hands-on experience running events and field marketing programs—this is a core requirement
· Proven ability to work in close partnership with sales teams, supporting pipeline and account growth
· Experience working in collaboration with global, centralised functions like Creative, MarOps, etc.
· Confidence with using CRM systems
· Experience operating autonomously in a country or regional marketing role
· Strong understanding of Nordic markets and business culture
· Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organisation with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
· Experience in consulting, technology, digital, or professional services environments
· Exposure to ABM, alliance marketing, or partner-led GTM models
