Senior Associate Data Strategy

•  Support the delivery of AI and data strategy engagements, including discovery, opportunity assessment, and roadmap definition
• Be hands-on with AI tools, platforms, and accelerators to build early proofs of value
• Help frame business problems into structured hypotheses and AI-led solution options
• Design and validate AI use cases, assessing feasibility, business value, risk, and responsible AI considerations
• Own discrete workstreams or deliverables within engagements, with guidance from Managers and Directors
• Contribute to strategy artefacts including value cases, future-state visions, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and experience teams to translate strategy into executable outcomes
• Support client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive-ready storytelling
• Conduct analysis across data maturity, platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities, contributing to target-state architecture thinking
• Support AI opportunity identification, prioritisation, and decision-making through clear trade-off articulation
• Contribute to proposals, POVs, thought leadership, and internal capability building through assets, demos, and reusable accelerators

• 4–6 years’ experience in data, AI, analytics, product, or strategy consulting roles
• Practical exposure to AI, analytics, and data platforms (cloud, ML, GenAI tools)
• Ability to structure problems, analyse data, and synthesise insights into clear recommendations
• Familiarity with data concepts (pipelines, governance, remediation) but not expected to code heavy ETL
• Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces with a desire to build and test solutions
• Ability to create client-facing documentation, solution walkthroughs, and presentations
• Comfortable engaging with product owners, business users, and engineers
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
