Descrizione del ruolo 

Stiamo cercando un/una Middle Digital Marketing & Data Analyst con solide competenze in web analyticsdigital performance tracking e data-driven marketing. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel supportare il team marketing attraverso analisi avanzate, monitoraggio delle performance digitali e generazione di insight strategici utili all’ottimizzazione delle campagne e dei funnel digitali. 

La persona selezionata collaborerà con team marketing, IT, UX/UI, media e stakeholder business per garantire una corretta raccolta, interpretazione e attivazione dei dati. 

Responsabilità principali 

  • Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle property digitali (siti web, landing page, campagne media) 
  • Implementare e gestire sistemi di tracciamento tramite Google Analytics e Adobe Analytics 
  • Definire KPI e dashboard di monitoraggio per campagne marketing e customer journey 
  • Supportare attività di tagging (es. tramite Google Tag Manager o Adobe Launch) 
  • Analizzare funnel di conversione e identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione 
  • Collaborare con team media per valutazione performance campagne paid 
  • Supportare attività di CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) 
  • Costruire report periodici e presentazioni per stakeholder interni 
  • Garantire qualità, consistenza e affidabilità dei dati raccolti 
  • Supportare attività di data visualization tramite strumenti BI 

Skills tecniche 

  • Esperienza 3–5 anni in ruoli Digital Analyst / Marketing Analyst 
  • Ottima conoscenza di Google Analytics (GA4) 
  • Ottima conoscenza di Adobe Analytics 
  • Esperienza con strumenti di tag management (Google Tag Manager / Adobe Launch) 
  • Conoscenza tracking eventi, conversioni e user journey 
  • Capacità di costruzione dashboard (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI o simili) 
  • Conoscenza base HTML / JavaScript (per attività di tagging) 
  • Ottima conoscenza Excel / Google Sheets 

Nice to have 

  • Esperienza con CDP o strumenti marketing automation 
  • Conoscenza SQL base/intermedia 
  • Esperienza con A/B testing tools (es. Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target) 
  • Esperienza in contesti e-commerce o lead generation 
  • Familiarità con modelli di attribuzione marketing 
  • Conoscenza basi privacy & tracking compliance (GDPR, Consent Mode, CMP)
