Director Agile Program Management

As a Director Agile Program Management, you will operate across our business either running a large and complex transformation program or delivery across a portfolio of accounts.

You will be responsible for executing and refining digital strategy to ensure profitability for existing business. You will bring together world class, multi-disciplinary teams that develop exceptional work to deliver both the client’s business objectives, and meet the needs of the digitally savvy, discerning consumer. The role goes beyond just checking and communicating a plan. You shape it. You own it. You drive it. You suggest, challenge, motivate and lead our teams and clients.

You have both breadth and depth to lead large multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise level engagements. You are able and willing to roll up your sleeves when you need to and able to step back and take an advisory role when it is called for. You will manage complex, multi-track projects by balancing scope, risk, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes high performance standards and a positive work culture. You are always at least one step ahead and anticipate problems long before they occur.
You will build intimate and trusted relationships to make sure our clients know we are here to make them successful. You understand the consumer, brand, the industry and the marketplace. You know the client organization’s inner workings. Through a learning and optimizing mindset, a culture of problem solving, and grit, you help clients understand how their business will be transformed by digital.

Skills & Experience

• 15 years+ program management experience in successfully delivering enterprise level technology solutions. You are likely to have a background in consulting, digital, marketing technology, or a unique combination of these disciplines.
• 5+ years of client management including external client management, presentations and negotiations
• Expertise in Financial Services industry
• Mandatory experience leading diverse technology programs and ability to support projects across digital transformation
• Comfort with large scale platform delivery. You are familiar with enterprise engineering, new product development as well as CMS, e-commerce, and omni-channel solutions
• Agile experience required. Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies preferred.
• Detail oriented

• Led diverse teams of 20 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments in a globally distributed model, with resources representing multiple disciplines
• Accountability for budget or client revenue of $5M and higher
• Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
• Experienced with globally distributed teams
• You get your stuff done and know how to give proper estimates

Set Yourself Apart With

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience in Agile budgeting, Lean Portfolio Management, and value stream optimization.
• Background in digital transformation and enterprise Agile coaching.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
