At Publicis Sapient, we build what matters. We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-grade Workfront solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with marketing, creative, and technology teams to architect scalable workflows, integrations, and automations that drive efficiency, governance, and adoption across complex environments

This is a hands-on, senior-level role combining platform architecture, integration leadership, and stakeholder enablement.

** This is a contract role that will last for 3 months with the possibility of extension**

Your Impact

Architect scalable Adobe Workfront solutions to manage work intake, project and resource workflows, approvals, reporting dashboards, and automation rules
Configure and optimize Workfront, including custom forms, templates, approval processes, access levels, layout configurations, object types, and advanced reporting dashboards
Design and develop Workfront Fusion automations, building and maintaining scenarios and modules to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Lead enterprise integrations by architecting and executing API-based and event-driven integrations between Workfront and external systems (e.g., AEM, Adobe Assets, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, Jira)
Own governance and change management, including data policies, UAT coordination, release management, training, and adoption strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, deliver enablement sessions, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Adobe Workfront in large or complex enterprise environments
2+ years designing and implementing Workfront Fusion automations and integrations
Deep expertise in Workfront’s data model and platform capabilities, including objects, workflows, templates, and reporting
Strong command of Fusion’s low-code platform, including scenarios, connectors, modules, and API integrations
Proven experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, AEM DAM, Jira, or similar enterprise platforms
Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

Adobe certifications such as Workfront Project Manager, Core Developer, and/or Fusion
Background in marketing operations, creative project management, or enterprise workflow design
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to define processes, lead training, and support enterprise adoption
