As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Your Impact

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define and refine product requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for the customer, ensuring that all product decisions are driven by user needs and business value.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
