We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Architect to lead the technical strategy and delivery for a large-scale, mission-critical digital transformation program within the public sector. This is a role that combines deep technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem with strategic account leadership, liaising with the client partner.
You will be the primary technical authority, responsible for designing enterprise-level frameworks that serve a massive user base, while managing a high-performing delivery team of approximately 30 members.
Key Responsibilities

- Authority and delegation frameworks
- Notification frameworks and multi-channel communication strategies
- Data & Security: Define robust integration and data strategies, including migration protocols, governance, and secure data-sharing models.
- Best Practices: Ensure all solutions align with Salesforce best practices, stringent security standards, and overarching enterprise architecture requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of ~30 members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and delivery capability.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between business leadership and delivery teams. Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Director-level stakeholders to align priorities.
- Account Growth: Collaborate with the client partner, identifying growth opportunities, and Supporting proposals, and RFP responses.
- Resource Strategy: Build strong client relationships to continuously identify key roles and ensure the right technical resources are deployed effectively.
- Hands-on Support: While the role is strategic, you will contribute hands-on development and troubleshooting when necessary to unblock teams and ensure smooth production releases.
- Quality Assurance: Review solution designs and perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across configuration, integrations, and deployments.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify technical risks early in the lifecycle and implement resolution strategies to keep the program on track.
- Strategic Growth: contribute to the expansion of our Salesforce practice by providing technical authority during some pre-sales lifecycle. This includes contributing to high-stakes RFP responses, drafting technical proposals, and participating in sales activities to secure new opportunities.
