Qualifications
- Create, maintain, and optimize marketing and sales enablement resources including playbooks, documentation, templates, and product messaging
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers and GTM to understand enablement needs and translate them into scalable resources
- Own the internal marketing and sales content repository, ensuring materials are current, well-organized, and easy to find
- Organize training sessions for marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams on product launches, feature updates, and new messaging
- Partner with internal communications to promote new content and enablement resources across appropriate channels
- Analyze performance and track content usage, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations and action plans to improve marketing effectiveness
- Apply an agile, user-centered mindset by gathering feedback and continuously iterating on enablement material
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of enablement best practices, content strategy, and knowledge management
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing technology and performance data
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Hotjar, or similar analytics and CRM platforms
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in drive revenue
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a team-based environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions and predictive analytics.
