We are expanding our presence to New Zealand and are looking for a collaborative leader to establish our local foundation. As our New Zealand Delivery & Office Lead, you will play a vital role in connecting our global expertise with the local market.

This is a multi-faceted leadership role designed for someone who enjoys building sustainable client partnerships as much as they enjoy the craft of delivering high-quality digital solutions. You will be the heart of Publicis Sapient in NZ, fostering a culture of excellence and equity from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Growth & Community Connection

• Establish our Presence: Lead the thoughtful entry of Publicis Sapient into the New Zealand market.
• Develop Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with local organizations.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a representative for our values in the NZ business community, ensuring our brand is synonymous with trust and integrity.

2. Client Partnership & Collaborative Strategy

• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their business goals are met.
• Inclusive Design: Partner with clients to co-create digital products that serve diverse user needs.
• Internal Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between our global support teams (Finance, People & Culture, Tech) and our local partners.

3. Delivery Excellence & Inclusive Operations

• Project Stewardship: Oversee complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, accessibility, and transparency.
• Adaptive Methodology: Implement project frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) that respect the unique cultural and business nuances of the New Zealand market.
• Culture Champion: Build a professional environment where every team member feels safe, included, and empowered to contribute.

Who You Are

• You have a background in Senior Project Management, Operations, or Client Services, with a natural ability to identify and grow business opportunities.
• Proven experience in End-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex application development projects, ensuring seamless execution across globally distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
• You have a deep understanding of project lifecycles and are comfortable using tools like Jira or Asana to keep teams aligned.
• You have a strong appreciation for the New Zealand business landscape and a commitment to its growth.
• You possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is valued. We also highly value professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and equivalent practical experience
• Proven consulting background with strong commercial/financial management experience
