Technical Lead / AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a talented Tech Lead AI Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud architecture and code best practices. Leveraging OpenAI and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, you will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and backend engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and produce solution designs for AI applications with a focus on Microsoft Cloud architecture
• Serve as a tech lead for the team to support them in a scrum agile methodology to validate assumptions, estimate, identify dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, enforce process, coding and quality best practices, and support the Agile release process.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve complex issues and generate innovative solutions using Azure.
• Estimate features in Scrum Agile methodology.
• Develop and code new services or proofs of concept as required.
• Debug and help the team navigate complex issues.
• Communicate and represent the team in front of the client.

 Must Skills:

• Experience on RAG projects using unstructured data
• Experience AI frameworks, Langchain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Langfuse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture, security, observability, and cloud-native practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with clients
• Strong Understanding of agentic design patterns
• Leadership
• Microservice Architecture Experience
• Experience with managing work and releases in Jira. Experience with GitHub and Azure release pipelines integrations with Jira.

 Qualifications: 

• Data bases: NoSQL CosmosDB, AISearch or equivalent
• Software frameworks: Fast API, poetry, or equivalent
• Proven ability to work with RESTful architectures.
• Programming languages: Python
• MLops, LLMops pipelines with tools like Langfuse, deepeval, Azure Foundry ASK
• Unstructured data processing pipelines, image recognition, document parsing

  Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Developer on digital projects
• 5+ years of experience with Python
• 3+ years of recent tech lead experience in ML/LLM projects
• 3+ years of recent experience on MS Azure cloud
• Proven experience on AI/ML projects
• Proven experience working with LLMs
